Chapter 100: Different cities
City 12 was pretty much the same as the rest of the cities on this floor.
Tall walls barricaded the city, there were weapons of war on the city walls, there were strong individuals around the city walls, and guards all around the surroundings outside of the city as well.
The population of all the cities on average was 200,000-300,000 including the soldiers and guards who made up more than a fourth of the city’s population.
They lived with their families and the cities had more younger people than the older ones. Not all soldiers were perfect either. But even without their limbs or senses, even with all the difficulties, they dedicated their lives to protecting these cities.
"Hmm..."
The cities were their home and they would do anything to protect it from the monsters that attacked the cities on each red moon.
"You do not look like the rest of this useless trash. Hmmm..."
In the 12th city, the captain who guarded the city against the grand threats was a Swordsman, one famous even in the other cities.
"You possess Mana comparable to the true mages, yet it does not seem like you are a mage." With his deep green eyes almost shining under the sunlight from behind the half helmet that covered his head, he analyzed the dark-haired lady before him.
"You, on the other hand, with those relics made by the Great Sons of Flames, that Holy presence, and that serene purity, do not fit among those of the lower floor, much less those useless trash." Beside the Lady stood the young man who the guardian captain could not quite grasp the strengths of.
This person, KiRA, did not exude any powerful Aura like those who possessed Aura or Mana. The captain who had seen his fair share of things, was aware of the presence of Holy Power that he possessed.
