Chapter 360: Some Apples.
Three hours after leaving the hospital, Arissa, Jocelyn, and Adele walked into a new lovely four-room apartment.
The apartment was a bit isolated and Arissa made sure it was exactly how Adele would love it. The apartment looked simple with lots of nature around every corner and yard of the house.
Lukas helped them take the boxes into the house the moment they arrived. The three ladies walked into the living room with the bags they held.
"This is beautiful," Jocelyn smiled as she scanned the place and walked towards the couch.
"It is," Adele agreed as she felt the shining wood shelve with books just at the entrance corner of the living room.
Jocelyn raised her face and winked at Arissa, "Thank you so much, it’s beautiful with an extraordinary homey vibe,"
Arissa nodded at her. Ever since they left the hospital, she has been too weak to say a word or participate in their conversation. Even the meal they stopped by at the restaurant to have was a struggle for her.
However, she ate the meal normally as she did not want them to get worried about her. All she wanted to do right now was to hit the bed and doze off.
"I love it," Adele said in agreement with Jocelyn and turned to her sister beside her. She placed a soft kiss on Arissa’s forehead and smiled at her.
Arissa managed to reply with a smile and said, "It’s already late and I’m feeling so sleepy," her voice also sounded tired, no matter how she tried to sound better.
Adele paused and scanned her sister’s countenance. Thoughtfully, she nodded, "I also think you should get some rest. You do not seem alright,"
