Nancy stood from a distance watching Raquel being all responsible in the kitchen. She was happy the girl finally made a good turn in her life but what she never understood was why now.
Another thing, the girl still had her nasty attitude but the cooking aspect made Nancy proud. In just a short while, the girl has her special delicious recipe.
Nancy came to realize something. Hannah spoilt the girl so much, there are some certain changes since Hannah unexpectedly left.
Humming slowly, Raquel arranged the table, consisting of the meal she had just prepared. She spent all of her evenings doing this and right now, she was exhausted.
She invited her dad over for dinner and her mum... Well, let’s not talk about her mum. She hasn’t spoken to that bitch ever since that incident.
The devil could claim the woman for all she cares. She needs help and her father seems more willing to help.
Applauding herself, she went back to her room to arrange herself. Her dad always favors her when she’s on her best conduct and with this meal, she was sure she would win him over in a heartbeat.
He had always wanted her to cook and now, she’s learning how to and she believes her reward from him would be bountiful.
She must convince him to help her talk to Mr. Wyatt. If she had talked to her father about this earlier, he wouldn’t have let Nicklaus get married to that woman.
That shows how much of a useless liar her mother was. The woman has been lying to her all these while claiming to be a close friend of the Wyatt family.
She went into her bedroom and fixed her hair before walking into her bathroom. A quick bath would do the magic.
