His Toxic Addiction

Nicklaus paced up and down in his room, thinking of possible ways to make that nurse and Alfred pay and at the same time worried over Arissa’s condition. He left the hospital with her after the incident. He fears for her safety and rather than treating her there, he brought her home and called his doctor over.

Right now, she was in his room getting treated but his scenes were still heightened. He was aghast by the incident that got her unconscious.

He faced his doctor who was about to leave. He frowned seeing the man all packed up to leave.

"Why isn’t she waking up?" he questioned, his voice hard and cold. Even Mrs. Wyatt had to pinch the skin between her brows from the effect of his tune.

For a while, he haven’t used this tune and she almost forgot it was his normal tune. Arissa did change a lot. The girl helped to cover all of her shortcomings as his mother.

"She would be fine, a few hours of rest is all her body need," Mr. Williams reported the same thing for the hundredth time.

He was only giving the situation report but the man before him kept on asking and asking with displeasure at the tip of his tongue.

Nicklaus was devastated. He keeps on hearing the same news, it was already a full day since Arissa became unconscious but she haven’t woken up yet.
