Chapter 73: Tameable kitten.
Alfred cleared his throat and swallowed nervously as he stared at Logan’s entrance. His heart pace was negatively unusual.
He never had an idea that this Logan would turn into a scorpion. All his life, he had been the one ruling. He was the ruler and the people around him were the carpets he walked on but now, the roles seemed to have changed. His once tameable kitten was now wide.
Turning to Mr. Adams, "Keep all taxis off this area. I have an important business to finish with someone in there,"
Adams nodded and remembering something more, Alfred added, "If, in the next one hour, I’m not out, gather the whole team,"
Mr Adams nodded again and Alfred took in a breath. At least, Adams was still tameable, and having him by his side, was a big advantage.
Picking up the money briefcase, Alfred came down from the car after the little conversation with Adams, and his steps were quick. Logan told him to arrive with no weapons so, he dropped all weapons. He does not know what that fox has in store for him.
The moment Alfred walked into the large gates, Mr. Adams brought out his phone from his suit pocket, "Your father is meeting with Logan Paul right now. This is your only chance,"
He attached an address file to the message and knowing she would act the moment she sees it, he dropped his phone back into his suit pocket.
