Chapter 51: Stop talking Arissa
"Nicklaus,"
Arissa called still pressing her face on the tinted glass as she watched the man Nicklaus come here to handle the media. She badly wants to see Collins walk out of there.
She wasn’t clarified yet but she felt something off with Collins today, especially with his bold steps of feeding her. She frowned realizing she even accepted it without a question or a frown.
Not hearing Nicklaus reply to his name, she called him again;
"Nicklaus,"
And without a reply from him, she turned to him only to see him resting his head on his seat headrest with his eyes shut.
Was he tired? She wondered as she looked at his assumed asleep expression. She remembered he arrived at 4:03 am and left the house before she was awake so yes, he was tired.
But no! He shouldn’t be tired.
If he was, he would have not come down here only to ruin her good time.
"Klaus," she called him now with authority in her voice. Figuring out the power this name has on him, she was sure he would open his eyes and yes, that did the trick. He did not open his eyes, but he turned his face to her.
"What is it Arissa?" Nicklaus asked lazily with his eyes shut. His two days away weren’t a vacation but extreme torture with the company branches so why won’t she just let him be?
