Meanwhile, on the battlefield’s eastern flank, Velstain slammed both palms into the ground. A ripple of energy burst outward, cracking the soil, then five massive earth golems erupted from the terrain, towering over the others with rumbling growls.
"Take them down," Velstain muttered.
The golems surged forward, crashing toward Rin and Veronica with heavy stomps that shook the ground. But before they could land a hit—
Clarissa raised her hands, her eyes glowing faintly blue. With a sharp gesture, a telekinetic force slammed into the golems, locking their movements mid-charge, holding them in the air like puppets on invisible strings.
"They’re not going anywhere," she said coolly.
Rin didn’t waste time. She darted forward toward Cassian, who was already ready, swords clashing in a blur of sparks and steel. Each strike echoed with sharp intensity, both of them relentless.
