As Klaus’s flashback ended, the vivid, painful memories of his past life on Earth slowly receded.
He swallowed another stamina potion, feeling its restorative warmth spread through his body, erasing the lingering fatigue from his battle with the Yeti horde.
His mood, however, remained sour.
