Chapter 6: Ch 06 - registration and evaluation
After understanding the features of the trait, Klaus moved on to the next section about enhancement, but due to the requirements being a huge number of 100000 dragonflies he could not proceed. Wings were useful, but he had other priorities right now.
He proceeded with the last insects that were beetles and cockroaches both had similar enhancements and no skills and traits.
Klaus looked at their enhancements. One was an exoskeleton from the cockroach and the other was a body amour from beetles and both demanded millions of sacrifices even more than dragonfly wings.
Klaus converted the wasted insects into stats and hardly gained one physical start point.
In just one day he had quite useful gains, a C-ranked trait, and a B-ranked skill.
Klaus now had at least some defensive ability. His body had gone through some significant change and his face had also transformed quite a bit due to the loss of face fat. He even felt that his height had increased.
Looking in a mirror Klaus felt that hardly anyone would relate him to Vance if he chose to hide it.
But he still insisted that making up a story was more useful since the track could be traced by secret agencies.
The money he was spending was also given as compensation so he could be tracked down with the card’s transactions.
Klaus decided to go on for the evaluation at the association building today. He would require an identity as soon as possible to live. Even at the inn, he had to pay an extra bribe to the manager to live since he had no awakening ID.
Klaus again chose to walk towards the association building. Once he reached the facility he walked towards the receptionist. The lady’s eyes lit up seeing Klaus’s handsome visage.
