As they opened the door to the shop, Fang Pingying asked Luo Zhiyong to tidy up some items on the high shelves, and Huang Lin along with Yu’er also went to help. Fang Pingying then took Jue’er to the back to chat.

She glanced at Jue’er’s belly and asked quietly, "How was it going back to your hometown? Did your mother-in-law ask anything?"

Jue’er giggled, "She asked, but Huang Lin lied to her, said that we were expecting a girl in the womb, and after some consideration, we decided not to keep it."

"That’s not very good," Fang Pingying frowned slightly, thinking that if the next child turned out to be a girl as well, it would create a difficult situation.
