Ye Shiyu, with her excellent eyesight, quickly noticed the handsome young man with a backpack slung over his shoulder, standing alone under the bright lights of the distant platform, wearing a Bluetooth earpiece.
He was wrapped in the school uniform jacket he had worn on Friday, with that beige shirt underneath.
He hadn't left yet, simply looking down at his phone, waiting for the bus to arrive.
Ye Shiyu looked at him and quickened her steps a bit, leaving the island of light and stepping completely into the darkness.
At the same time, she called out to Yan Huan,
"Yan Huan."
Yan Huan was watching a celebrity speech on a video website, not at a high volume, so he immediately heard someone calling him.
He looked up slightly startled and then saw Ye Shiyu standing in the shadow outside the platform.
He was a bit surprised, not expecting Ye Shiyu to actually come after him.
But soon, Yan Huan adjusted his expression and revealed a smile,
"Sister Shiyu, what brings you here?"
