Chapter 185: Invitation
Nearly three hundred thousand angel corpses had been burned and destroyed.
This had given Atlas the time he needed. Within just one week, every check had been made, and when it was confirmed that there were no angel corpses left on the Epsilon Continent, Atlas began making the necessary preparations.
The first thing he did was summon Iso, who was under Cassandra’s command, and also summon Emma Crocs, who had already sworn allegiance to Atlas, along with the rest of the mage guild, all the way from the capital of the Epsilon Empire.
His first major task would be to organise a ’ball.’ His duty was to summon not only the nobles of the Epsilon Empire, but also the royal families of the Akairon Kingdom, the Bijoux High Elf Kingdom, the Nirdorth Dwarf Kingdom, and many other important regions and their rulers.
In short, Atlas would declare himself the First Duke of the Fourth Duchy of the Epsilon Empire and someone whom all Sages held in high esteem, and he would briefly reveal the truth about angels and demons.
The preparations must have been complete.
Atlas had written each invitation by hand. After writing nearly two hundred invitations, he placed each one in an envelope tailored to different cultures, continents, and regional characteristics, and even sent jewels carved from the Blood Diamond, one of the diamond types he had obtained from the Life Stone dungeon, along with the invitations.
Even just one of these jewels was valuable enough to buy a huge castle. In short, Atlas was trying to act like a very generous person willing to share everything, and he wanted everyone to send him a statement confirming that they had accepted the invitation.
Meanwhile, Cassandra, the woman known as the most beautiful and elegant Sage among all the Sages, had taken on the task of organising the ball.
