Chapter 93: It Does Hurt
"Oh, so now you are sending a message, huh, my lady?" This was because when Atlas had asked her for help, he had received no response.
Even the Gods and Goddesses choked with laughter. No one had ever seen Nyx chastised before.
Atlas’ words had managed to make everyone laugh. Not even his sons and daughters expected to see Nyx in such a situation.
[It doesn’t make sense for me to tell you something for something you might learn in the future.] Nyx sent another message.
Atlas shook his head from side to side and continued as if he didn’t care anymore, saying, "Fine."
After a short time, he managed to reach his room and then put himself back into the position of training his aura energy as if nothing had happened. At first, he decided that it would be much better to raise his aura to the next level, so he started the training quickly.
He had waited exactly three weeks, taking only toilet and meal breaks where he was. He refused to heed outside calls and even made Cordelia leave the room when she came to check on him. He was serious about his training more than anything since he had a point he needed to reach. A point he had to run after.
Cordelia was pleased that Atlas was working so hard to fulfil his promise, and as a result, it was no longer a problem for Atlas to get a special study leave to attend classes for at least this term.
It might have seemed like pulling strings for someone in particular, and it might have seemed strange and unfair to everyone in an academy where "everyone is supposed to be equal", but there was nothing to be done, Atlas was entitled to a little privilege after all he had done.
