Chapter 43: Just One Warning
"Is that it?" Atlas muttered suddenly, looking around at the people around him.
The darkness in his eyes, the bloodlust that decades of fighting had given him, was evident. The fear he spread around was unimaginable. There might not even be a way to describe the pressure he put on everyone.
"Do you think you can bully others because you are human? Are others inferior to you because you are noble?" Atlas suddenly asked.
He pulled a large towel from his inventory and wrapped it around the young elf girl’s body, not that he wasn’t angry with himself for doing it so late.
"Your blood has nothing to do with who you are. Your bloodline is only shaped by one of your ancestors doing something good or mighty. Empires and kingdoms, and the infinite bloodlines within them. None of the matters in my eyes. So I ask again, what kind of power does being of a different race or having a different bloodline give you?"
The small-scale whispering that had begun to occur around the time Atlas’ words were finished had ceased. Silence descended on the place like a cloud of fog falling on the earth in winter.
"ANSWER!!!" Atlas suddenly shouted.
Many students around him were stronger than him. Some geniuses had formed their fifth magic rings, and even those who were close to becoming a level two aura warrior.
Still, no one had an answer. Almost none of them were aware of the real world, and they had lived their lives in their nice and warm homes, with their happy and excited families, with more food and drink than they could eat or drink.
