Chapter 85: You are only mine
In the morning, when Jazmine Harrison walked out of the bedroom, she was wearing an oversized shirt. She wandered around the penthouse but couldn't find Sebastian. With a frown, she halted.
Last night, they had talked late into the night, cuddled up together. They hadn't done anything more than that. Sebastian was understanding. Even though he desperately wanted her, he hadn't done anything beyond holding her, providing her the comfort of his embrace.
Thinking about that, warmth spread through Jazmine's chest, and a smile appeared on her face.
"Sebastian?"
Jazmine walked into the kitchen and wasn't surprised to find him standing in front of the stove, cooking efficiently—like a highly skilled chef.
Last night, she had mentioned missing his cooking. Had he come here just for that?
"Why are you smiling like that?" Sebastian asked when he noticed her persistent gaze. "Do I look that handsome?"
"Oh, please!" Jazmine laughed. "I just remembered—I once planned to chase you away by cooking something awful for you." She pulled out a chair and sat down.
"That wouldn't have worked. Everything made by your hands tastes delicious to me."
"You haven't changed, have you?"
Jazmine still remembered that no matter how terrible her cooking had been in the past, he would eat it all—not only without complaint but with eagerness. To top it off, he would even praise her later and ask for more. On the other hand, Elias would act as if he were being poisoned. But under Sebastian's sharp glares, he wouldn't dare protest and would eat obediently.
