Chapter 75: She is not here for him
Jazmine Harrison walked towards the upper floor. The hotel manager was standing at the end, looking quite petrified. Jazmine Harrison didn't understand the situation.
"Ms. Harrison, let me guide you to your new room. Pardon my previous negligence. I should have personally checked if you were well accommodated or not. One of our staff members made the mistake. I clearly asked them to provide you the best service our hotel had to offer. But they... No, it is all my fault. I should have been more careful. In fact, I've already fired the staff member who caused all this..." The manager continued to ramble, making sure to apologize every few sentences.
"It's alright." Jazmine Harrison was amused. Was it Amelia who was behind it? She must have scared the manager very much.
"So you wouldn't take it to your heart? It was all a mistake! We had no hidden motives! I'll do anything to make amends!"
Jazmine Harrison thought the manager was being weird. She coughed. "It's really alright, Manager Fletcher." What did Amelia do to this poor thing?
"Let me take you to your new room." The manager wiped the streaks of sweat from his forehead. "Tell me if you don't like anything. We'll change it immediately."
Jazmine Harrison didn't want him to follow her all the way to her room. So after some persuasion, she grabbed the card and went upstairs alone. She walked into the corridor when she was unlucky enough to stumble across the Caroline Anderson group.
She frowned and looked at the floor number. Her room was supposed to be on the upper floor.
Caroline Anderson was being surrounded by her manager and some of her fans who also stayed at the Hotel. When her eyes spotted Jazmine Harrison, her lips curled up into a sneer. She thought that it was a nice opportunity to corner Jazmine Harrison. After all, Jazmine Harrison was alone while Caroline Anderson was surrounded by the people who wanted to please her.
