Chapter 364: Confessing His Feelings
Walter is kissing me?
Everything was sudden. Celine, with her eyes still wide open, had to gather her thoughts to realise what was happening. The man of her hearts was just a moment ago standing in front of her, appearing all messy and now he is kissing her.
Wait... does this mean he has fallen for me?
Before she could rationalise what is going on, their lips parted.
Walter’s big hand cupped her cheek and his usual sharp eyes now held an unusual expression; one that made Celine’s heart skip a beat. His warm breath fell on her lips as he was breathing out with his mouth and his face had a vulnerable emotion.
Was he that worried for me? I love him so much!
"Walter, I-"
Before she spoke, his lips ended up on hers once more and the kiss was gentle and passionate, making Celine’s heart flutter. This was the first time Celine experienced this kind of deep kiss and she clumsily reciprocated his kiss. Her hands rested on his chest as he held the back of her head and she could feel his ramming heartbeat on her hands.
"My love," Walter whispered in her ears as he allowed her to take a breath amidst their fiery make-out session. "My fairy."
"Is this a confession?" Celine asked amidst her panting for breath. She knew it was and tears already formed in her eyes out of happiness, but she still wanted to confirm. Or maybe she wanted more; more of his confession. She wanted him to say, ’I love you’.
Walter smiled at her and Celine felt butterflies in her stomach as she saw the gentleness in his eyes. He kissed the corner of her eye, swallowing the tears formed and then kissed her on the lips once more, hugging her closely. Celine wrapped him around his neck and reciprocated the kiss and she could feel the love radiating from him.
