Chapter 206: Delusion and Humiliation
The evening breeze gently ruffled Arthur’s fringes that had dropped on his forehead and his eyes were on his phone screen as he was texting someone.
Sophia, sitting elegantly on the chair wearing his favourite blue chiffon dress, watched him enthusiastically. Its not easy for her to get such a chance.
Sitting in the is gazebo with the flowing curtains giving a mesmerising effect, she rolled the bunch of hair she let loose beside her ear with her fingers, biting her lips and with a prideful smile.
Last night, she was really worried after seeing the photographs of him with Talia and she lost her mind for a moment.
That lying Talia.... Her ex-husband? The nerve of her! To think that b*tch who used to act like a prude says such vulgar words out of her mouth so easily...

She picked up the water glass and drank some water that cooled her down.
Thankfully Jordan was honest with her and told the truth that Talia and Arthur are in the same hotel, but in separate rooms. And even the paps photographed them having breakfast in the restaurant. The pictures showed no intimacy between them.
She knew her Arthur didn’t want to get back together with that Talia. Otherwise, why would he arrange this dinner especially to propose marriage to her? It’s why she got happy and sent that picture she stole from Olivia. This won’t be the first time she stole pictures from Olivia’s phone.
