Clearly, these four assassins were no match for Coniso.
In less than five seconds, Coniso had closed the distance to the car. He quickly extracted Everick from the vehicle.
The two fugitives weren’t spared either. They were unceremoniously dumped at the roadside.
“Stay sharp, Wang Yun is definitely nearby,” Everick warned, his gaze sweeping the area with vigilant eyes. He had a strong premonition that Wang Yun was watching them from somewhere. Unfortunately, their plan had failed.
“Damn it!” Everick muttered bitterly.
“Surrender now!” Coniso urged, giving Everick a nod while his eyes shifted toward the front of the car.
The four assassins, gasping for breath, appeared visibly tense. However, their eyes betrayed a resolve to face death rather than capitulate.
