Chapter 318 - 277, Ascending Kunlun Mountain
Bai Jin walked out of the Eight Sceneries Palace, pondered for a moment, then soared into the sky toward Kunlun Mountain. One must follow through when handling matters; since he had already visited the Eldest Uncle, it would be improper not to visit the Second Master as well! Should the Second Master get angry, that would spell trouble.
Not long after, Bai Jin landed on Kunlun Mountain and approached the Yuxu Palace. With a respectful bow, he said, "Disciple seeks an audience with Master."
"Enter!" The plain tone of Primordial Venerable resounded.
Within this tone’s calm detachment, one could sense that the Second Master was somewhat angry! A thought flashed through Bai Jin’s mind, and he immediately adjusted his Heart Realm as he entered the Yuxu Palace and bowed deeply, "Disciple Bai Jin pays respects to Master, wishing the Saint Dao of Master to flourish."
"Bai Jin!" A grand voice echoed within the great hall.
"Disciple humbly listens to Master’s teachings."
"Rise!"
Bai Jin stood up and sat down on the cushion, looking up to see Second Master’s displeased face. He immediately responded with a bright smile, "Good noon, Master!"
Primordial Venerable said with displeasure, "Bai Jin, do you acknowledge your wrongdoings?"
Bai Jin respectfully replied, "Disciple does not know where he erred, but if Master says there is a fault, disciple is willing to accept punishment."
