Lin Wan understood that without a nanny, every household chore had to be done by herself, especially with two sick elders at home.
Mr. Mei needed constant care, and Mrs. Mei had fallen ill, losing significant weight and not as robust as before. Though she could still take care of herself.
Originally, the family had two granddaughters-in-law who could help, but one was pregnant and the other mentally unstable. Neither could be of much assistance. Xie Lingzhi was quite angry about it at midday.
Lin Wan could empathize with her current feelings. Xie Lingzhi, apart from regularly helping Mrs. Mei with baths and hair washes, likely didn’t do much housework usually.
