Chapter 1: Awareness
"Lin Wan, there’s a household in the South City Road Courtyard that needs room cleaning, you should go," the housekeeping company’s receptionist gave Lin Wan an address and phone number. "There are people at home, you just need to clean the room and cook dinner. They’re having a gathering tonight, I’ve heard you’re good at cooking. Go over in the afternoon."
"Okay, I’ll go home first to grab some things." Lin Wan was already in her fifties; time ages everyone.
Now that she’s over fifty, she should normally be surrounded by children and grandchildren, but Lin Wan still lives in a rented house. Back then, she married a man who also wore green. Although he wasn’t often home, he treated her well, and they had good days for two years... He was gone long-term, leaving her alone with his grandma. Later, through a girlfriend’s introduction, she met Li Liang. At that time, Li Liang happened to be a teacher at their school. He had been to many places before and was later recruited back to become a painting teacher.
With a scholarly aura, romantic and charming, such was Li Liang, attracting Lin Wan. Gradually, with Ye Qing’s assistance, with just a few words, Lin Wan was smitten.
Secretly, the two of them were involved for a month. But when she went to Li Liang’s home, she found that he was already married.
