When Mei Na saw Gong Tao and the others returning, she gave him a disapproving look but still stepped in to help carry things.
Clueless about offering assistance, Mei Na could imagine her daughter’s disappointed expression, even though she didn’t witness her husband’s failure to meet their daughter on arrival.
