Chapter 227: DASHA: Misty Meeting
Qi Condensation, also translated as Qi Refining or Qi Gathering, where the cultivator was starting to develop their internal energy for the first time. This was divided into the Early Stage which required the use of the Eight Extraordinary Meridians; the Middle Stage, signified by the Twelve Principal Meridians; the Late Stage where the Meridians were widened, thereby increasing the quality and quantity of Qi to a specified degree known to knowledgeable Cultivators and the Systems; and finally, the Peak, where a Cultivator tapped into the Dao. This, generally speaking, could mean many things. Most typically, it referred to the ability of summoning one’s element.
With the System, this was somewhat circumvented. Players were able to tap into an element without any training.
The Dao itself was not a concrete ideal: it largely referred to a path or the theoretical ideal of understanding the universe.
"Pure Qi is divided into Yin: darkness, earth, water, as well as Yang: light, fire, wind. Lightning is the result of the violent mixture of Yin and Yang," Dasha murmured to himself.
Here he was: cooking up Dream Meth while also expanding his laboratory. He went from location to location, never wasting a second of thought or action.
Efficiency was Dasha’s domain.
He was thinking about Cultivation, cooking up Dream Meth, and upgrading his laboratory all at the same time.
"Foundation Establishment takes years to learn and is when one’s qi has reached a certain quality and quantity. Qi becomes not just physical but detrimental: it is essential to balance Yin and Yang to not become aggressive or greedy or calm. To be able to achieve complete balance of Yin and Yang is impossible, for they say complete balance means to tap into the truest Dao."
What the "true" Dao was, nobody knew. Not even the wisest of the wisest.
