Chapter 37: Double Date (1)
Exiting the beach, the couple found themselves in a forest. Unlike normal dungeons, the layout of instance dungeons was completely random. As such, the only way to find the dungeon boss was to scan the entire area.
But that was easier said than done. While most dungeons resembled some confined space, Instance dungeons were often so big they were considered limitless.
Moreover, an Instance Dungeon, at the minimum, had seven times the monsters than in ordinary dungeons. It meant that as the Divers looked for the dungeon boss, random monsters often attacked them.
The dungeon’s expansive nature and random monster mobs not only wasted their time but also drained them of energy to continue hunting for the boss monster. That’s why even the strongest parties always picked their fights wisely when exploring an Instance dungeon.
Unfortunately, the confrontation from before had messed up Adrian’s senses, and he kept attacking anything and everything that came his way. Thanks to that, he had levelled up to twelve.
*ROARRR!!!*
Another Direwolf jumped from within the thick bushes, charging towards Adrian.
"Tsk, why don’t you fuckers come at once," Adrian clicked his tongue before squatting to dodge the beast’s claws and grabbed it by the tail.
The wolf thrashed about, desperate to break free from Adrian’s grasp. But the creature only made Adrian more enraged. His anger surged as he swung the creature forcefully, smashing its head into a nearby tree, shattering both the tree and the wolf’s skull.
