As for why Sabrina found out about his new number... Well, it must have been because she knew he was back in Kanto and had tried to reach him—only to get a disconnected line.

Now that Sabrina had brought it up herself, it was obvious she didn't seem as indifferent as she let on. Beneath that calm, gentle expression, there was definitely a hidden undercurrent.
And though he, too, had some psychic powers now, Luo Yuan wasn't entirely sure his mind was strong enough to prevent Sabrina from turning him into a puppet.
