A weird glint flashed across his eyes, however, he didn’t plan on running away. He already had a plan on how to deal with the mana beast, the only problem he was posed with would be reacting to its insane speed burst.
’Wind Steps!’ Harry mumbled inwardly, swiftly activating his third speed-boost skill. He also hurriedly redirected his energy throughout his body, moving some to his eyes, and some to his feet.
The lightning around his body crackled violently, as it snaked rapidly all over him, from head down to his feet.
A dim blue fire blared in his eyes, and unbeknownst to him, his eyes took on a dim blue glow.
Roarrr!!!
The beast roared to the skies, before suddenly charging at him at insane speed!
’It’s really fast!’ Harry thought, but the slight smile on his face contrasted his thoughts deeply.
Despite already using three skills to enhance his speed, and also actively boosting his speed with more energy, the beast’s speed was still quite fast to him!
However, he was able to react properly to it this time. With the energy flowing through his eyes, he was able to follow the beast’s speed, and it didn’t catch him off guard this time.
Utilizing the energy flowing beneath his feet, Harry swiftly leapt backwards, before stretching his hand towards the ground.
’Earth Rumble!’ He shouted inwardly, while also harnessing some of his energy into the skill to boost its power.
