"Hmph, I won’t be fooled by your sugar-coated bullets," Gu Joy had principles, even if she had a passion for food, she still knew moderation.
"You little rascal, if you like it, eat it. You’ll only be happy if you do and don’t worry about every little thing. Where’s the joy in that?" Zhou Yanlin persuaded.
As he spoke, he picked up another sticky piece of braised pork for her.
Gu Joy inwardly wailed, oh my god, what a temptation.
It really was challenging to restrain oneself.
"Fine, I’ll diet after I eat," Gu Joy murmured.
After all, it was her first day here, not eating would be disrespectful to the food.

She picked up the meat with her chopsticks, examined it, then took a bite.
