"Erhu, eat yourself, she doesn’t lack hands, does she? She can serve herself!" Zhao Yunxiang spat out fiercely, with a surge of resentment. Even though she addressed Zhao Erhu, her gaze was fixed upon Lin Yue. It was clearly meant for Lin Yue.
Lin Yue felt disgusted inside. This woman hadn’t finished her crazed tirade and was coming at her again. Did she think Lin Yue was easy to bully? But considering there were many people around and she had to mind Zhao Erhu’s dignity, Lin Yue’s dislike for Zhao Yunxiang only grew. She glanced at Zhao Yunxiang nonchalantly and said calmly, "You eat. I’m full."
Hearing this, Lin Yue put down her chopsticks. In her view, a good mood was essential for enjoying a meal. Zhao Erhu’s face also turned dark. He usually wouldn’t tolerate even a harsh word toward his little wife, and yet now Zhao Yunxiang was hurling insults in front of everyone, an immense humiliation and injustice. No one was allowed to bully his little wife, not even his own sister.
