Among the abilities he did possess, the only one that could be classified as a space-related ability was probably instantaneous movement, but that was something he had already been able to do.

He had nothing of the sort for time-related skills.

He possessed Divine Speed Force. Maybe he could run back to the past at speeds surpassing light, like Flash Hero, or travel across time and space...

But Duge had tried. Even when he ran at full speed using Divine Speed Force, he could only approach the speed of light infinitely. Surpassing the speed of light was simply impossible.
