Chapter 457 - 436 Demon Realm Disturbance_3
"My Divine Power naturally reflects my own form..." Duge looked at Raphael and suddenly dropped the topic, "Raphael, there’s no time to explain this to you now, just tell me what happened in the Demon Realm? Within the divine revelation I received, there was a prophecy of a god-demon war, and I must know what has happened in the Demon Realm?"
"The divine revelation prophesied a god-demon war?" Raphael frowned.
"Yes, the god-demon war," Duge nodded grimly, "The five Ancient Deities were corrupted by the Evil God, and they chose me with the last of their Divine Power to confront this catastrophe. I cannot fail their hopes, so tell me, what exactly has happened in the Demon Realm? This concerns whether the Solar God can be resurrected..."
"The Solar God can be resurrected?" asked Raphael.
Now his head was a mess; the scraps of information Duge had uttered were piecing together into a drama in his mind—a drama with many contradictions and unclear parts, but he was beginning to realize that things might not be quite as he had imagined.
Otherwise, the other party could have simply killed him and wouldn’t need to waste so many words.
"Yes, the Solar God can be resurrected, all of the Ancient Deities must be killed once to completely expel the Evil God within them," Duge said, "Although I do not know by what means the Ancient Deities will be resurrected, they did say that they would ultimately return."
"Why do you call yourself the Divine King?" Raphael asked.
"With the gods fallen, who else but I should be called the Divine King to hold sway?" Duge chided, "Raphael, what are you waiting for? You’re just a mere Archangel; what makes me worth deceiving to you?"
