However, when he saw the group of relatives rushing out to greet him, tears of excitement welled up in his eyes, and he hurried forward to embrace Pan Yue, both of them bursting into tears.
Zhu Suji choked up, "Mother, I missed you all so much."
Pan Yue wept, "Ji, you’ve finally returned. The wait was unbearable, mother was restless day and night, always longing for you..."
The women, including Yixiu, also began wiping their tears.
When Manjiang heard his wife say "The wait was unbearable," his eyes reddened too.
