Lying in bed, Qian Sangui saw the tall and lanky Qian Yishan leading seven-year-old De Wa and six-year-old Ji Wa as they stood respectfully before his bed, and he felt both amused and helpless.
If these children didn’t come to pay their respects, he could enjoy his freedom. Once they came, he had to lie in bed pretending to be sick.
De Wa and Ji Wa were not too bad, as they came after school in the evening, but Qian Yishan would arrive in the morning. Whenever Qian Sangui woke up, Yishan would enter the bedroom to tend to him.
