Xia Ling saw Zhao Churan and stood behind her.

Zhao Churan hugged a file, her expression a mix of a smile and a non-smile, "Should I not have come? Should I leave?"

"Don’t."

Xia Ling snapped back to reality and rose from her seat with a bitter smile.

Zhao Churan put down the file, "These are documents from the film and television department for you to sign; I brought them over on my way here.

So, what’s this? Are you planning to do some exercise?"

"We were planning to do some light exercise, but now that you’re here, we can do the more complex kind."

Xia Ling smirked.

Zhao Churan got startled, quickly waved her hands, "Count me out, you guys carry on, I’ll go back to work."

"Ah, don’t be in such a hurry, come work out with us."

Xia Ling pulled Zhao Churan back.
