Chapter 484 - 444 - Begin One
A strange voice suddenly interjected.
"So, what do you plan to acquire amidst this chaos?"
In front of Lin Fei, on the stretch of sandy ground.
A mound of yellow sand rose, forming a human shape.
The figure had no facial features, it was merely a shape that stood opposite Lin Fei. The voice was issuing from it.
"Although I don’t know why you’re so certain that breaking the seal will bring forth chaos, what is it that you’re looking for from me now?" the figure continued.
Lin Fei calmly gazed at him.
"Don’t tell me your Dark Alliance hasn’t made any preparations to correspond with this?" Lin Fei addressed the figure known as Shaliye, one of the monarchs of the Dark Alliance who had been conversing with Lin Fei from afar through a spell. Since their last meeting, the two had been in frequent contact and had grown quite familiar with one another.
Lin Fei occasionally exchanged special magical artifacts with him, and in turn, Shaliye would acquire some rare materials from Lin Fei, after all, some materials supplied by the Golden World and the Demon Realm were extremely precious and rare. They were useless to Lin Fei, but to mages, they were important experiment subjects.
There were also times when Shaliye requested Lin Fei’s cooperation in capturing some special experimental subjects which he couldn’t handle personally. The two parties had a rather pleasant cooperation, and their relationship had gradually grown closer.
"Preparations have been made, but so long as you from the Golden World continue to seal Elisa’s Gate, isn’t that somewhat inconsistent with our initial agreement?" Shaliye’s tone carried a hint of dissatisfaction.
