The Temple of the Gods had the least number of people; they had only one A-level, but having more B-levels was more than enough for them with one top-level powerhouse.
So counting like this, there seemed to be many A-levels, over thirty. But actually, since each A-level powerhouse had one or more duplicates, the real number might be much less when actually counted.
Take Rogar, for example: his two duplicates included the well-known Eight-Armed Serpent Demon Anjara in the supernatural world and the local deity, the Peacock Great Ming King in India. He alone accounted for three A-level slots.
Also, a Holy See Golden Knight had three duplicates plus the original, adding up to five—occupying five ministerial positions. Outsiders were unaware, but Lin Fei’s information system had roughly probed these details. So, indeed, the Holy See did not have as many A-levels as it seemed on the surface. Their main force was in the Inner World.
