Chapter 394 - 367: The Emergence of a Demon Beyond Limits
Inside some of the large crystal pillars, beneath the glass-like surface, dark red tentacles moved slowly, resembling an octopus pushed up against the inner surface.
Under the feet of the crowd, they were stepping on fungal carpets made of flesh. The fungal carpet covered with numerous flesh sprouts was already climbing up their shoes, reminiscent of a peculiar stomach wall.
There were also many blood-red giant cocoons wrapped around by flesh sprouts, squirming on the surface, and as tall as a person. Judging by their shape, it seemed as though each one was cocooning a person inside.
Above their heads, on the flesh walls of the cave, glassy crystal pillars of different sizes grew. There were dark red fluids flowing inside the smaller ones and octopus-like substances within the larger ones.
These horrifying images appeared in a flash, only to revert back to the beautiful appearance of an illuminating cave.
As if time stood still, after a few flashes, a few of the disciples could finally make sense of what they were seeing, which almost startled them out of their minds.
They no longer dared to step on the ground, instead, they began to hover lightly.
They weren’t sure whether it was due to Wang Zijia’s divine light attack or the illusion dissipating due to being seen.
After a few jumps and flashes, the scene finally settled into a blood-red cave as spiritual light dissipated around them.
