Chapter 94: Held Rituals
Using his knowledge from the Five Ghosts Divine Power, Wang Zijia used the essence blood of some monsters to once again draw a bloody great array on the floor and walls of his basement. In the center of this array, he set up an altar using spiritual objects from the Underworld.
The entire altar held a morbid artistic style. It was constructed with bones and embellished with poisons, making it extraordinarily eerie.
due to gaps in his knowledge of the magic door, Wang Zijia had to compensate by using a considerable amount of valuable resources. After making several mistakes and wasting a good amount of spiritual materials, he finally managed to construct the haunting Underworld altar.
In the dimly lit basement, a bloody talisman array took up the entire space.
In the very center of the array where the runes converged, a square bone platform, built with various beast bones, stood erect. It was approximately one meter per side and several dozen centimeters high.
The center of the bone platform held a concave bone basin, consisting of several skull heads that were adorned with tattoo-like patterns of both top-grade mortal poisonous creatures and one poisonous creature of child-grade.
The combination of the blood formation, bone platform, skull basin, and poisonous creature tattoos made for an eerily sinister altar.
Wang Zijia carefully injected a bit of mana, and the crimson array began to flicker with an eerie red light. Following that, dots of ghost fire began to emerge from the concave basin at the center of the altar, which was formed by beast bones and skull heads.
Upon seeing this, Wang Zijia breathed a sigh of relief.
He didn’t proceed immediately but turned and left the basement to bathe and change his clothes diligently.
Although the altar he set up was not a traditional one, he still intended to follow the traditional process.
