The banquet hall was abuzz with excitement as Liam and Jane went off the podium, with their adorable twins in tow as the guests couldn’t contain their delight and immediately surrounded the family, showering them with compliments and adoration.
"Oh my goodness, look at these precious darlings! Mr and Mrs Yang, you’ve truly been blessed!"
"Absolutely! These twins are beyond adorable. Their smiles melt my heart! Look at them completely resembling their father."
"Wait. Who is who?"
The woman who asked this couldn’t help herself as her cheeks burnt in embarrassment but Jane and Liam were not going to embarrass them because these men and women surrounding them were just happy to be here. One could equally see how they craved to be grandparents too as their eyes darted from the twins to their own children in the crowd.
"The one with Liam’s blue eyes is Aston and the one with my green eyes is Alaric."
Jane answered briefly as she looked at the elders who were trying to gain the favour of the twins and as if they knew they were the sole reason for the small elders gathering, they immediately held their chins up in haughtiness, making the group surrounding them start laughing, happiness radiating the air.
"I can’t get over how perfectly they resemble Liam and Jane only got the eyes. Hehe...It’s like looking at two little miracles!"
