Chapter 292: Bully their father
Liam came back to the room with quite a number of foods, only to find Jane struggling to burp the kids, as both of them looked so energized and so playful.
He immediately put down the different bowls of foods that he had just come in with as he rushed and helped her burp both Aston and Alaric.
Even though the twins were being burped by their father, they couldn’t help but turned to look at their mother from time to time, as if asking the two parents why she was letting this man hold them yet they clearly wanted to be in her arms.
For the twins, this was like a magical experience. Yes, they loved their father, but the feeling of being in their mother’s hands for the first time, breastfeeding for the first time since they were born, is a feeling that really made them feel so happy and wanted to connect with their mother further.
The two parents had naturally noticed this and Liam couldn’t help but pout as he looked at his sons.
"Look at you two un grateful things. So now that your mother is here, you are just cruelly abandoning the father who stood by your side for nine months! You peed on my face severally! You even... Oh, you two are so cruel!"
Liam started airing out his grievances, but the twins looked at him as if they felt like this man is so dramatic, only for Alaric to quietly pat his cheeks as if telling him, ’ grown man... stop being dramatic!’
Jane loved this interaction so much that she immediately burst out in laughter because these kids were acting as if they were already grown-ups.
She couldn’t help but imagine the kind of headache that they were about to experience when they become fully toddlers.
"You see! How do feel when your kids are bullying me?"
Jane rolled her eyes at this grown pouty man as she immediately stretched out her hands, as if reminding him that they should be in her hands instead.
