THE UNDISPUTED ONE

Chapter 255: Godfather

The man continued explaining his story, and the more he spoke, the more shocked the crowd became.

"I am really sorry that I did not interpret and see things coming well, but I know nothing I say will be able to bring a little Angel that got sent to back to God through me but at least I am ready to atone for my sins."

The man did not finish speaking when Madam Mu looked at him with shaky hands, making him wonder what was not happening. Madam Mu gathered her courage before finally speaking the words that had been stuck on her throat since Philip started speaking.

"Phil... Is this really you? Please tell me my eyes are not joking at me right now. I thought that you... I thought that you are gone, Phil. Look at me. It’s your aunt, Aunt Marissa... I..."

The moment Phillip heard that voice, he felt as if his whole body had been electrocuted, since that is the voice of the woman who had always taken care of him in the absence of his mother since he was young, a woman who was more than a friend to his mother. A woman who treated him like her own son, despite the fact that she comes from a higher political family than them.

"Auntie M! It’s you... It is you, Auntie M, It’s you! Oh my... I don’t know what to say right now I.."

In between that the struggle to complete his sentence, Philip immediately rushed towards an madam Mu as he hugged her tightly, both of them weeping, making the whole family in turn become emotional, especially the pregnant women.

The two then had a session of confrontation before they finally looked back at the whole family as they started explaining their story, and the more Madam Mu explained how much she knew Philip, the more everyone looked at him with welcoming eyes.

They could not believe the fact that they had met yet another person who was supposed to be one of them and Philip, on the other hand, couldn’t believe that all those years when he was suffering without parental love, without feeling the love of her family, he never knew that all that would never matter the moment he came across his favorite aunt and the moment the whole of the Big 5 welcomed him with open arms, as if reminding him that they are here for him, as if reminding me that they will be his family from now on.
