"I have a family, I have a family...but my mom is dead... my sister, molested...."
She jumped into Jane’s arms, hugging her tightly as she repeated the same words but suddenly she stopped and looked at Jane embarrassed.
"Eer..sorry about that, I just got a little emotional."

Her words made the girl freeze in place and she immediately shook her head in denial,
"No miss, I cannot appear before them. From what I saw they are high class people, won’t they be disgusted by someone like me who stayed in an orphanage, who sleeps in a regular room..?"
Mary’s face was pale as she spoke, making the two siblings sigh as they looked at each other.
"Not all rich families behave in that manner Mary. Your mother was murdered and we still don’t know why but incase your life is in danger once they find out you are Emily’s daughter, your safety will be guaranteed under your family’s wings."
Ryan spoke this time, reminding the girl that her mother was murdered.
Mary seemed to be in deep thoughts but her eyes were stinging with tears.
