Chapter 31: The Third Skill
Liam focused as he waited for his third skill. He hoped it would be something that would significantly increase his power.
The sky had cleared now, and he couldn’t help but walk to the window at the back of the classroom, gazing out at the wide complex behind it.
Aside from the flooding and minor damage, the complex looked relatively intact.
The zombies wandering around almost seemed like ordinary residents going about their day when seen from a distance.
"Liam!" Suddenly, he heard Melly’s soft voice behind him.
He turned to look and found no one else in the room. Alice and Lisa had already left the classroom.
"What is it?" Liam asked, feeling a bit odd because the woman had an unusual expression on her face, and the top button of her shirt was undone, revealing the cleavage beneath.
She had even brushed her hair aside to expose one side of her neck.
As he stared at her, she casually walked to his side and sat on the windowsill.
She crossed her legs as she sat down.
"Do you think I’m pretty or not?" she asked with a slight smile, brushing aside her bangs to reveal her face more clearly.
