John Brown gently patted Sarah Utah’s shoulder, chuckled, and said, "Sarah, it’s just a dinner I cooked for you. You can’t be this touched, right?"

Sarah gave John Brown a tight hug before letting go. She wiped the tears off her face, smiled sweetly at him, and said, "I am touched. I really didn’t expect you to cook for me, Big Brother Brown, you’re so good to me."

John Brown secretly thought this was bad. He cooked for Sarah just because she mentioned it casually, and he did it without much thought. Who knew it would lead to such a strong reaction from her? Seeing her response, he realized it deepened her feelings for him even more.

Seeing John Brown’s expression, Sarah burst out laughing and said, "Look at how nervous you are. I’ve liked you, not just for a day or two. It’s not like you don’t know. This just makes me like you a bit more, but I never thought of competing with Sister Gina for you. Besides, I can’t compete with her; she’s so outstanding. It’s only normal for you to like Sister Gina. I’ll just secretly like you."

John Brown cleared his throat awkwardly, not knowing how to respond to Sarah.

Meanwhile, Sarah had already picked up her chopsticks, grabbed a bite, chewed it gently, and praised, "Delicious, delicious! Big Brother, your cooking skills are remarkable, way better than the chefs at this hotel."

Relieved that Sarah changed the topic herself, John Brown said, "If you like it, eat more."

"Yes, yes, tonight I’m definitely going to finish all these dishes," Sarah said, continuing to eat. She looked at John Brown and asked, "Big Brother, you’re not going to eat?"

"I’m eating too. I put in so much effort, how could I starve myself watching you eat alone?" John Brown said with a smile, sitting down to eat as well.

Sarah seemed to have an excellent appetite tonight, eating non-stop, which surprised John Brown a bit. After a while, he said to her, "Sarah, stop eating. You’ll get stuffed."
