Chapter 192: Touched
When John Brown returned home, the living room lights were on, and there was the sound of water from the bathroom, indicating someone was showering.
The only other person who had a key to his place was Emma Campbell, and of course, Lucy Campbell could also come in, but Lucy wouldn’t take a shower at her place, so it was obviously Emma.
After changing shoes, James Brown went over and knocked on the bathroom door, saying, "I’m back."
"Ah! Big Brother Brown, you’re back," came an excited voice from inside, the sliding door moved slightly and cracked open, but then it promptly closed again, "I’ll be done showering soon."

After having a cigarette in the living room, Emma had already come out, wearing a silk spaghetti strap nightgown, which made her look as pure and lovely as a lotus flower fresh from the water, absolutely a sight that begs to be embraced.
"Lemon, you look really beautiful," James Brown couldn’t help but compliment her, his gaze fixated on Emma, not looking away for a moment.
Blushing at James Brown’s praise, Emma’s face was flushed with joy as she sweetly replied, "Big Brother Brown, you’re teasing me again."
"How could I be teasing you? If you weren’t beautiful, how could I ask you to be my girlfriend? I’m telling the absolute truth."
