Just as the giant palm completely covered and suppressed Lin Xing, with a dull ’bang,’ a burst of firelight exploded in the palm. When Lin Xing regained his senses, he was back at the moment before he had entered the City Lord Mansion.

He tried multiple times to break into the mansion, but each time he tried to clash head-on with the giant palm, he was directly crushed.

Lin Xing thought back to his battle with the Xuanyin Taoist, who, from a distance, also manipulated the scenery and summoned storms, thunder, and lightning; finally, he formed clouds and lightning into a giant palm to press down.

Yet, this massive fleshly palm was far more formidable than the Xuanyin Taoist,—incredibly elusive, invulnerable, and containing terrifying power.
