Chapter 216: The Wedding Plan
Later that evening.
During their dinner together, with Thomas Moon joining in, Alex announced their plans to hold a wedding reception.
Of course, everyone was surprised to hear that.
"Oh, my dear Alex, you made a wonderful decision. Aurora deserved to get that..." Sophia couldn’t contain her happiness. She smiled at Aurora and continued, "Congratulations, dear. We need to plan a grand wedding party for you."
"What do you think, Matt?" Sophia asked, turning to her husband with her eyes sparkling with happiness.
"Absolutely, I agree!" Matthew Graystone expresses his support for his wife.
Aurora was speechless as she looked at how happy her in-laws were. She had always dreamed of a heartfelt and simple wedding celebration, not a grand one.
"Mom, Dad, we’re not planning a grand wedding celebration. Instead, we will only invite close family and friends. The wedding will be intimate and private!" Alex explained calmly.
Sophia and Matthew gazed at Alex in disbelief and concern. Their eyes then turned to Aurora, curious to see if she shared Alex’s idea.
"Aurora, do you agree with what Alex said? Or did Alex force you to have a small wedding?" Sophia asked, just wanting to make sure.
"No. Alex didn’t force me. That’s my idea to arrange a simple wedding ceremony," Aurora said with a warm smile as she saw Sophia and Matthew’s surprise.
