"Pft!" Danny was also surprised to hear Renata’s vulgar questions. "What kind of question is that Rena?" he asked, shaking his head.
However, Danny’s gaze now landed on Aurora. Deep down in his heart, he also wanted to know about it.
Danny was unaware, but felt like he was competing with Alexander Graystone.
He understood he could never win against someone who had been married seven times, like Alex. Competing for a seventh marriage was an accomplishment he felt was beyond his reach.
Renata narrowed her eyes at Danny, frustration enveloping her after hearing his question.
"Why not ask something like that? As someone who often gossips about Alex with Rory, I need to know about it," Renata said casually before turning her gaze back to Aurora.
Renata opened her mouth to say something, but halted when she saw that Aurora’s face had turned a boiling red, looking very flushed.
Suddenly, her laughter burst forth. She didn’t need to hear Aurora’s response; she already knew the answer.
"What the...? Why are you laughing, Rena?" Danny asked, bewildered.
Danny was not the only one who was confused; Aurora was also. She voiced her confusion after trying to hide her shock at Renata’s straightforward question.
"Did something funny happen? Or... are you feeling a bit hungry now, Rena? I’d love to cook something for us!"
