Chapter 112: Meeting Alex’s Friends
Aurora feels better after seeing the doctor.
The doctor shared the news she longed for: her wound is healing quickly, she will soon no longer need a large bandage, and her hair will grow back normally.
However, even though Aurora received encouraging news about her wound results, her excitement dimmed slightly when she noticed Alex carefully removing his suit, revealing only his white slim-fit shirt. He rolled his shirt up to his elbows, showing his strong arms.
She felt as if she were watching him in slow motion, and she was filled with awe at his handsomeness.
When he finally turned his gaze toward her, she quickly averted her eyes while mentally scolding herself.
’What is going on, Rory! You saw him like this daily; why are you suddenly flustered?’ She can’t understand what is happening to her now.
Aurora tried hard to hide her blush while waiting for him to lead her to the first floor.
A slight grin spread across Alex’s face when he saw her blush and deliberately avert her gaze.
"Shall we go now?" He asked.
She nods while following him to the stairs.
"Aurora, there’s no need to feel anxious. Jimmy and Patrick are my closest friends. You can relax and be casual around them."
