Chapter 81: Betrayal!
Aurora no longer felt as relaxed as when she crippled the other bodyguards. Previously, she could easily overpower them using only her strength without using her skills.
Slowly, her once friendly and relaxed eyes became cold. She made no move but waited for the bodyguard leader’s dagger to come within an inch of her throat before dodging slightly.
She swiftly grabbed the man’s arm, tightening her grip, then twisted it while delivering a forceful knee strike.
To her surprise, the man evaded all of her moves.
Although taken aback, Aurora moved forward confidently. The man stepped back to evade her forward movement.
She noticed that his shocked expression was clearly visible in his eyes. But later, a smile appeared on his lips as if he were happy to have an equal opponent.
They traded powerful blows multiple times, neither feeling tired nor fearful.
After a few moments, a smile emerged on Aurora’s face as she effortlessly dodged the lethal dagger strike from the man.
"Looks like you’ve exhausted all your moves and energy," Aurora remarked nonchalantly.
"Dream on!" The man accelerated, but none of his attacks succeeded despite his fast move to find a chance to hurt her.
Aurora appeared calm and smiled casually when the bodyguard leader began to feel short of breath, and his hands grew numb.
